Detoxifying environmental pollutants, chemicals and heavy metals is something our bodies have to do daily. Learn what foods you can eat to aid in these processes, as well as important pre and post cleanse protocols that will help you complete a cleanse successfully. We will make and taste test four cleanse friendly recipes including two Detox Smoothies, Gut Healing Bone Broth, Immune Boosting Detox Soup and The Big Green Bowl Detox Salad.
