Jennifer Leslie
Co-owner STIR Cooking School

With a degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Dietetics Jennifer brings together the worlds of healthy eating and activity.
Jennifer spent 25 years in Corporate Health Promotions,  where she worked for Vancouver General Hospital and the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
Jennifer’s approach to food is as local as possible, right down to catching fish and gardening. Her passion for connecting others with healthier food options through cooking was  the impetus for starting STIR Cooking School.
As co-owner of STIR Cooking school she spends  a lot of time in the kitchen developing recipes, meal plans and products for healthy active people and high performance athletes.
It’s all about returning to the kitchen, where cooking for fun, health and well being takes off!
