1/2 cup Coconut Oil
1/2 cup Raw Organic Cacao Powder
5 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 1/2 cup Shredded Coconut
Dash of Sea Salt
Measure the melted coconut oil, cacao powder, shredded coconut (1 cup), maple syrup and sea salt into a bowl and mix well. Place into the fridge for a few minutes until it is slightly hardened. Portion into balls on a tray, sprinkle with coconut and place in freezer to set.
