Autumn Nut Loaf

You’ll fall for this nut loaf. So good, you may not have leftovers!


3/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 tbsp sage
Pinch cayenne pepper
Salt & pepper
1 onion (medium) or 1 leek (small); chopped
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tsp nutritional yeast flakes
1 3/4 cup chopped mixed nuts
2 tbsp ground almonds


Heat oven to 350°F.

Sauté onion or leek in oil until soft but not browned.

Combine all ingredients together.

Transfer mixture into an oiled, oven-safe dish and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
