Cranberry Relish
/Cranberries are in season—and they’re not just for Thanksgiving or Christmas. This no-cook, four-ingredient Cranberry Relish brings a sweet-tangy pop to any meal—your new fall go-to!
Ingredients
Makes Two Cups
340 g fresh cranberries, rinsed
1 crisp apple (Honeycrisp/Gala), cored and chopped
1 small orange (peel on for zestier/bitter, or remove peel for milder)
¼ cup maple syrup or honey
Directions
Quarter the orange (remove seeds). If keeping the peel, cut into smaller pieces.
In a food processor, add cranberries, chopped apple, and orange. Pulse to a coarse chop (don’t purée). Add sweetener. Pulse a few times to combine. Taste and adjust sweetness.
Transfer to a jar and chill at least 2 hours (overnight is best) to let flavours meld and the mixture thicken.
