Come and learn about gluten free living with Registered Holistic Nutritionist Christina Zvicer.  Learn tips to manage the ins and outs of gluten-free living  from grocery shopping to preparing meals at home. 

There will be a Q & A in the customer lounge after the tour. Some samples will be provided and you will receive 10% off any  purchases made.
