Gluten Free Resource Round Up

At Pomme we really believe that good food changes everything. We're also very aware that a healthy diet means different things to different people, which is why we're so committed to ensuring we can provide as many options as possible for all kinds of specialized diets. It means a lot to us to help support people in maintaining their health and wellness! It so happens that May is Celiac Awareness Month and because knowledge is power, we've rounded up some resources that we hope will be helpful to those living with Celiac disease, as well as for those who find a gluten-free diet just generally really works for them—and everything in between.

We'll start you off with three key resources:

Canadian Celiac Association
Health Canada
And, for those of you based on Vancouver Island or the Gulf Islands, The Celiac Scene is a fantastic guide for gluten-free living.

And now here are some of our top picks for cookbooks, blogs, and podcasts that we think will help make a gluten-free—or even gluten-light—life as full, informed, and enjoyable as possible.
