My perception is that knowledge and true informed consent will allow you to determine your ideas and beliefs. I empower expectant families to seek their ideal birth and postpartum by facilitating authentic conversation, challenging preconceived ideas and supporting informed decisions along the way.  My passion for supporting women and families has also lead to creating community and connection through pregnancy loss, termination, stillbirth and neonatal death through local monthly meetings.

I have 1 angel baby and  4 of my own little people to raise, laugh with and learn from,  all of which have been my best and most challenging teachers!

I am a Wise Woman Way of Birth certified and DONA International trained birth doula who brings my unique mix of knowledge, care and humour to the families i have the honour of supporting. I strongly believe one size does not fit all in birth. I support families in the pursuit of their ideal birth - however that may look. I believe that knowledge is power. The more you know, the better equipped you will be in making the decisions that are right for your unique set of circumstances. My goal for your birth is to make you feel comfortable and confident and that your birth story can be a happy one to share.

As a mother of two myself, I feel a  deep privilege to be able to support so many families through such an important time.
