You will be mastering a classic kraut, a sourdough starter and pancake recipe, and some gut healing probiotic jellies that are a favourite of grownups and kids alike!
Holistic Chef Vanessa McKay CNP has worked in the food and health industry for the past 20 years. In 2013 she gained her certification as a Certified Nutritional Practitioner and has since been focusing on education surrounding diet and lifestyle. She works as a Personal Chef for high performance athletes and those fighting disease and is passionate about empowering individuals to take their health into their own hands, learning how to fuel their bodies for ultimate physical and mental performance.
